  I had gotten a flat tire a few blocks away from carlson automotive & body shop. I drove to Carlson and had informed them that i have a spare tire at home. They did not try and sell me anything, all i needed was some air to get me home. The mechanic filled my tire at no cost. Everyone was so nice and seemed happy. I recommend Carlson automotive as the staff was very helpful. Will go here for anything that comes up in the future. Thank you everyone!

  I needed some mechanical work on my car. The car was lifted within 7 minutes of arrival. Thorough estimate took about 15-20 minutes. Discussed: all possible ways of repair...how long it would take and how much it would cost. I was given an estimate, and guess what...they stood behind it. At the time of dropping off (9am) I was asked when I need my car back (I said by 12pm). The car was ready at 11.30am. They spent a half hour more of the original estimated time to complete the job but I was not charged for this extra time. At the other shops in the area I was given an approximate estimate X3-7 times more. They have a very experienced mechanic.
  It is very hard to find a good reliable auto/body shop nowadays.
  All I have to say: They are HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE PEOPLE, starting from the reception desk, all the way up to the owner.
