  This dunkin gave me such bad service I wouldn't go here again the wouldn't give me order for a while then eventually I just left cuz I was tired of waiting

  I don't think I have ever gone to this Dunkin and received good customer service or my correct order. I went today to get a normal iced coffee with caramel, milk and sugar... they didn't put sugar nor caramel. I mean to forget one thing is fine but to forget two things, your employees just don't care. Half the time that I go here, two of the employees hit on me, it's so highly unprofessional. On top of that, you go thru the drive thru and you can be waiting for 10-15 minutes... they are god awful slow. I also know that they have been shut down for insect (cockroaches) ... this place needs new management or to be shut down. It's that bad.
